- 180 grams Shirataki noodles (konnyaku noodles)
- 1 tsp Garlic (finely chopped)
- 600 ml Boiling water
- 1 tbsp Oyster soy sauce
- 30 grams Weipa

- Drain the shirataki noodles and wash well. Drain into a colander or sieve, and cut the noodles into half.
