- Puri: put the flour in a utensil then add crushed carom seeds
- Next add salt, sugar and oil in the flour
- Add water as per required and make a not so tight and not so soft dough

- Now add the powders such as turmeric,coriander and red chilli powder and fry it for 5 -7 minutes.
- Now add salt as per your taste and add boiled chickpeas and potato(optional)and fry it for 5 minutes.
- Now add water in it according to your gravy consistency.
- Close the lid and bring it in a boil and woohoo! Chole without onion and garlic is ready.
