- 1/4 cup mix toovar dal, moong dal
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- 1 Carrot, chopped
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds

- 1 tbsp Green peas
- 1 Green Chilli
- 1/2 Turmeric powder

- Take a pan add Daliya and roast it for 7-8 minutes. Heat a pressure cooker with Ghee/ Oil add mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, and green chili saute well. Add carrot, beans, and peas, tomato saute well. Add water and all masala - Turmeric, Black Pepper, and salt mix well.
- Now add daliya (Broken Wheat)and to over dal, moong dal mix well. Cover the lid in a pressure cooker and take 2 whistles, Turn off the flame. After 10 minutes open the pressure cooker. Serve with chutney, curd.
