Now open the lid of the kadai & place the tin over the stand, quickly cover the lid and bake it on a low flame for about 35 to 40 mins. Note : After 15 mins. open the lid once and spread some chopped dry fruits & black raisins over it. Cover it quickly then again bake it as usual.
  6. After 40 mins. check it with a tooth-pick by inserting it into the cake. If it comes out clean, that means your cake is done.
